Airbus is led by Chief Executive Officer Guillaume Faury, who heads the Company’s Executive Committee and oversees the organization’s principal functions. Reporting directly to Faury under the Information Technology function is the Information Security sub-function, which includes Chief Information Security Officer for Skywise Alan Z. and Cybersecurity School Managing Director Denis Sorhaindo. Within the Finance function, Thomas Toepfer serves as Chief Financial Officer. The Legal function includes General Counsel John Harrison, who holds the title of Chief Legal Officer. Under the Operations function, Pascal Blondet, with a title of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Self-Employed, is also part of the hierarchy. Julie Kitcher serves as Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer within the Sustainability and ESG function. The Human Resources function includes Chief Human Resources Officer Carmen-Maja Rex. In addition to Faury, the broader leadership structure includes Benoît Schultz as Chief Executive Officer and Robin Hayes as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Airbus in North America, with Hayes holding the primary leadership role for Airbus operations in that region.
