Allstate Org Chart & Organizational Structure

Allstate, led by Chief Executive Officer Tom Wilson, organizes its senior leadership under the umbrella of its corporate structure. Reporting directly to the CEO are Jess Merten, who serves as President of Property-Liability; Suren Gupta, President of Protection Products and Enterprise Services; and leaders overseeing key functions including Finance, Information Technology, Risk Management, and Operations. Within the Finance function, Joshua Milberg serves as Chief Financial Officer for Allstate Enterprise Solutions and also as Chief Financial Officer for Allstate Technology Solutions. John Dugenske holds dual roles, serving as both Chief Investment Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer. The Information Technology function is headed by Zulfi Jeevanjee, who serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Under the IT umbrella, the Enterprise Architecture sub-function is led by Chief Technology Officer Chris Gates, while the Information Security sub-function includes Todd Covert, who serves as Chief Information Security Officer at National General. Other IT leaders reporting to Jeevanjee include Michael Scardina, VP and CFO of Information Technology and Operations; Kamal Natarajan, SVP and CIO for Property-Liability and Protection Services; Roger Hartmuller, Vice President and Divisional CIO; Suzanne E., Divisional CIO for Allstate Identity Protection; Zulfikar J., Executive Vice President and CIO; and Sumeena Jairaj, Divisional CIO. The Risk Management function is overseen by Mark Prindiville, Chief Risk Officer at Allstate Corporation, and includes Toby Tomlin, Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, and Hiren Parikh, CFA, Chief Risk and Analytics Officer. Within the Operations function, Mario Rizzo serves as Chief Operating Officer.
