Allstate's organizational structure is led by Chief Executive Officer and President Tom Wilson. Reporting directly to him are several key executives including Jess Merten, President of Property and Liability; Suren Gupta, President of Protection Products and Enterprise Services; and Margaret Keane, Director on the Board of Directors. The company also has major business functions under Wilson, including Finance, Information Technology, Risk Management, and Operations. Within the Finance function, Joshua Milberg serves as Chief Financial Officer for both Allstate Enterprise Solutions and Allstate Technology Solutions. Under Milberg, John Dugenske holds the roles of Chief Investment Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer. The Information Technology function is headed by Zulfi Jeevanjee, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Several direct reports support this function, including Michael Scardina as Vice President and CFO of Information Technology and Operations; Kamal Natarajan as Senior Vice President and CIO for Property-Liability and Protection Services; and Roger Hartmuller as Vice President and Divisional CIO. Additional CIOs within this function include Suzanne E. as Divisional CIO for Allstate Identity Protection, Zulfikar J. as Executive Vice President and CIO, and Sumeena Jairaj as Divisional CIO. Two sub-functions are also present under IT: Enterprise Architecture, led by Chief Technology Officer Chris Gates, and Information Security, led by Todd Covert, CISSP, CDPSE, A-CCISO, as Chief Information Security Officer at National General. Under Risk Management, Mark Prindiville serves as Chief Risk Officer for Allstate Corporation. He oversees Toby Tomlin, Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, and Hiren Parikh, CFA, Chief Risk and Analytics Officer. Finally, the Operations function includes Mario Rizzo as Chief Operating Officer for IT.
