Apollo Global Management, Inc. is led by Marc Rowan, who serves as Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chair of the Board. Under his leadership, the organization encompasses a diverse range of business units and functional departments, each staffed by key executives and managing directors. Apollo’s business unit, Apollo Global Management - Real Assets, includes Managing Directors Ben Israel, Bryan Rodriguez, Tracey Gamble, Pablo Crespo, Catherine Chen, and Eric Meyers. The Apollo Direct Origination business unit is home to Managing Director Ted McNulty, as well as Gregory Hunt, the Chief Financial Officer of Apollo Investment Corporation, and Patrick Ryan, Partner and Chief Credit Officer. The company’s executive team also includes Jim Zelter as President of Apollo Global Management, Scott Kleinman and John Zito as Co-Presidents of Apollo Asset Management, and several Managing Directors including Chris Jahrmarkt, Mark Freshwater, Vivek Chandra, Jeremy Ellermeyer, Richard Stanton, Maurice Amsellem, Andrew Berg, Jaime Fuertes (Global Head of Workplace Solutions), David Kuritsky, CFA, Allison Tanenbaum, Evan Siegal, Gary Albelli, and Joanne Morreale. Apollo’s functional structure is equally extensive. Martin Kelly serves as Group Chief Financial Officer within the Finance function, supported by Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Private Equity James Crossen, Managing Director of Credit Michael Paniwozik, and Managing Director of Global Structured Credit Dan Castaline. Within Information Technology, Jamey Lamanna holds the role of Chief Information Officer. Key team members include Managing Director and Global Head of Investment Technology Jason D'Silva, Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff of Global Technology Lori Masotta, Managing Director and COO of Global Technology John Hack, and Chief Information Officer of Apollo Insurance Solutions Group Albert Ferng. The Information Security sub-function is led by Chief Information Security Officer Eric Baker and Managing Director of Cyber Security Benjamin Eason. The Data Management and Analytics sub-function includes Chief Data and Analytics Officer Sameer Gupta and Managing Director of Enterprise Data Nicholas Wright. The Enterprise Architecture sub-function houses the Technology Transformation team, which includes Managing Director Russell Uyeda. The Digital Transformation and Innovation sub-function is represented by Jane Conway, Managing Director and Head of Digital, Data and Enablement for Client and Product Solutions. Risk Management is overseen by Chief Risk Officer Ashley Matteo and Chief Risk Officer for Platforms Trevor H. The Sustainability and ESG function includes Jaycee Pribulsky as Partner and Chief Sustainability Officer. Within the Strategy function, Virender Bedi serves as Managing Director and Head of Client Engineering and Innovation under the Innovation Management sub-function. The Product function includes Partner and Chief Client and Product Development Officer Stephanie Drescher. Engineering is led by Managing Director and Global Head of Credit Engineering John Piotrowski. The Operations function includes Managing Director and COO of Investment Operations Lawrence DeCamillo, John Hack (also COO of Global Technology), and Chief Operating Officer Kristen McMahon. In Human Resources, Kate Friedmann serves as Managing Director and COO of Human Capital. The Others function includes Senior Managing Director Gary Parr. Additionally, Apollo recently announced that Apollo-managed funds have agreed to acquire a majority stake in Prosol Group, a leading French fresh food retailer, from Ardian, with existing shareholders and management reinvesting alongside the Apollo Funds.
