Responsible for the healthcare services, leisure and tourism sector (EMEA)

Responsible of a team (strategic analysts, data scientists, management controllers, etc.) working on several pillars : - Development of an innovative service offer around better exploitation of data available within the entity and beyond within/outside the company with regular communications up to the Executive Committee - Technological watch tower and data lab innovation projects (AI/ML…) with use of Agile methodology applying continuous ROI measurement - Data Management and Data Quality optimisation - Cross-functional projects involving stakeholders (business/functions) of all main entities to generate added value especially for Company wide strategic plan - Primary point of contact for Data/AI/Analytics while being responsible for training and animation of global/local teams - Close follow-up of key KPIs : Performance/Efficiency/External spending on a worldwide scale - Finance/Budget monitoring Responsable d'une équipe (analystes stratégiques, data scientists, contrôleurs de gestion, etc.) travaillant sur plusieurs piliers : - Développement d’une offre de service novatrice, autour d’une meilleure exploitation des données disponibles au sein de l’entité et intra/externe à l’entreprise, avec une communication régulière pour de nombreux clients dont le Comité Exécutif - Veille technologique et projets « data lab » innovants (IA/ML…) développés notamment via la méthode Agile et avec mesure du retour sur investissement (ROI) - Gestion des données et optimisation de la qualité - Projets transversaux impliquant plusieurs parties prenantes clés (métiers/fonctions) de toutes les principales entités pour générer de la valeur ajoutée en particulier pour le plan stratégique global de l'entreprise - Point de contact principal pour les domaines « Data/IA/Analytics » tout en étant responsable de la formation et de l'animation des équipes - Suivi mondial de plusieurs indicateurs majeurs (KPIs) : Performance/Efficacité/Dépense Externe… - Suivi financier/budgétaire

As Chief Information Security Officer for the Corporate Engagement & Transformation Directorate, I am responsible for defining and steering the cybersecurity strategy supporting BNP Paribas’ societal commitments, including environmental and social transitions. Key responsibilities: - Lead the Information Security strategy and governance for the division. - Oversee risk management, compliance, and security controls across digital platforms and business processes. - Ensure alignment with Group CISO policies and regulatory requirements. - Build a security culture: awareness, stakeholder engagement, and business partnership. - Support digital initiatives, data-driven projects, and transformation programmes with robust cybersecurity frameworks. Key contributions: - Strengthening security posture in a context of strong ESG and digital transformation ambitions. - Enhancing cross-entity collaboration to ensure consistent and scalable security practices.
