Jay Snyder is the Senior Vice President & CTO of Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) at C&S Companies. C&S is an industry leader in supply chain logistics and wholesale grocery supply serving privately owned Retail Stores and more than 7,500 independent supermarkets, chain stores, and military bases across the United States with over 100,000 products. Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) is accountable for architecting, engineering and supporting the automated delivery of enterprise software, technology platforms, and infrastructure in support of warehouse and retail business and operations. The ETS Team works closely with our business and technology partners to engineer and enable modern solutions and services across both cloud and on-premise technologies. Key services include enterprise integration platforms, order management systems, warehouse management systems, and cloud based and on-prem infrastructure including compute, network, and storage. ETS partners with technology stakeholders across the company to enable cloud native foundational services in support of AI, data, analytics, digital and eCommerce platforms. In addition, ETS engineers and supports service enablement for telephony, mobile, laptops, conferencing/collaboration platforms as well as technology service center operations. Through disciplined financial, budget, and technology management and reinvestment, ETS plays a critical role in support of the design, architecture and planning of the Company’s growth and expansion into the retail grocery space.
