Cigna Healthcare, the health benefits division of The Cigna Group, is led by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer David Cordani. Reporting to the CEO, Neesha Hathi serves as a Member of the Board, and Bryan Holgerson is President of Cigna Healthcare U.S. Brian C. Evanko holds the position of President and Chief Operating Officer under the Operations function. The organization is structured across several key functions reporting to David Cordani: Information Technology, Operations, Compliance, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Risk Management, and Finance. Under Information Technology, the Global Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President is Durga Prasad (DP) Koka. The Identity and Access Management sub-function is managed by Jeremiah Pierson (He/Him) as Managing Director. The IT Operations Management function encompasses the IT Infrastructure sub-function, which includes Managing Director of Global Infrastructure and Operations Garry Eng and Managing Director of Global Infrastructure and Engineering Services Tony Buontempo. The Operations function includes COO of Middle Market Jennifer Collier alongside President and COO Brian C. Evanko. The Compliance function is headed by Katie Timm as Chief Compliance and Risk Officer. Her team includes Chief Accounting Officer for Enterprise SOX and ESG Compliance Michele Adams, Compliance Managing Directors Kim Jones and Kate Keller, Managing Director of Enterprise Compliance Programs and Operations Jen Nord, and Managing Director of Evernorth Finance Consolidations, Compliance and Center of Excellence Lucy Li. For Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Chief Privacy and Innovation Governance Officer Fallon DePina Banks leads the function. Within the Risk Management function, Katie Timm also serves as Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.
