In this role, I oversee the strategic direction, growth initiatives and global operations for the 105-year-old, Indiana-based company, which has more than 75,500 employees worldwide and achieved $34.1 billion in revenue in 2023. Cummins Inc. is a global power leader that offers its customers a broad portfolio of innovative power solutions and technologies, including advanced diesel, natural gas, electric and hybrid powertrains; batteries; fuel cells; hydrogen production technologies; and related components.

Leading Cummins India's flagship $1Bn Engine business which includes Tata Cummins JV and On and Off highway business. Responsible for P&L and directly responsible for functions like Sales and commercial, Marketing and new growth initiatives, Engineering, Program management, Manufacturing operations and Supply Chain, Quality etc. Also leading Loe to Zero Carbon technologies like Battery, PCAS and Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engine Platform development for India and world markets

Building AI & Emerging Tech Solutions – Including LLMs, Agentic AI, and Cybersecurity for Global Manufacturing Enterprise and guiding Board members on Cyber.
