Currently : Executive Director & CHRO for Dabur group Globally . Leading the Human Resources agenda for Dabur group as the Global Head - Human Resources. Responsible for translating concepts, developing strategies and implementing change for the organisation. Undertaking initiatives to build a culture within the company that is conducive to growing business and ensuring that Human capital resources are well aligned with the business objectives. As CHRO responsible for driving thought leadership for Dabur both internally as well as externally.

As the Global CIO of Dabur, I am responsible for leadership partnering, digital-tech strategy design, delivery and adoption, business value realization, and product ownership of technology solutions across business functions. I sit in Dabur’s leadership and co-partner the entire journey from strategy, architecture, design, solution, and value realization.

Well-versed with Finance, Accounting, Auditing & Taxation and a specialist in Negotiation/Acquisition. Has done acquisitions for Dabur with Bongrain (Dabon), Balsara, FEM, for Promoters of Dabur -- AVIVA Life Insurance. Contributed several articles in leading News Papers & Magazines. Also non-executive Director in companies associated with Dabur, with promoters' personal venture (Litebite Foods, AVIVA,) and also a Director in Dabur International (Dubai), Hobi Kozmetiks (Turkey), Namaste Labs. (USA), Dermoviva Skin Essentials (USA), etc. in about 33 Companies apart from association as Member in Trusts & other ventures.
