We provide the backbone operational, asset management and facilities management services that allow 500,000 patients to enjoy quality healthcare, provide vibrant and functional university, TAFE and school campuses that allow 630,000 students to get a better education, we maintain and upgrade over 125,000 social houses that provide shelter and community to some of societies most vulnerable people, we maintain, upgrade and operate over 200 Defence bases and training areas to support 40,000 Defence personnel as well as providing strategic advice and systems engineering professional services to National Security Agencies. A COO role with full P&L, business development, operational and Zero Harm responsibilities spanning New Zealand & Australia. Responsible for leading 13,000 dedicated employees to deliver over $2.5b of essential services to our community to keep our hospitals running smoothly, keep schools open, prisons and court houses secure, Defence bases upgraded and enabled as well as supporting our National Security Agencies with the strategic, commercial and technical support they need to keep our borders secure. Key achievements: - integrated 3 previously separate areas of the business into one coherent Division with a clear and common purpose - introduced a shared services model to right size support functions and realised $14m in annual savings - driving the creation of a 'Business Performance Culture' to improve accountability and delivery outcomes
