The company, headquartered in Basel, employs almost 30,000 people and operates in over 65 countries worldwide. Our Strategy: “Destination 2027” – Dufry thrives to make travelers happy, leveraging its knowhow as global leading travel experience player. Reporting to the CEO, I act as the Global Chief People Officer for Dufry Group. Member of the Group Executive Committee. Together with the HR Team, we will put people and talent in the focus point of Dufry's strategy, thus creating a competitive advantage. The purpose is to forge and implement top notch HR strategies that energize and focus the Dufry team. In this context, Diversity & Inclusion will be an even bigger priority going forward, as we need to mirror the diversity of our customers, within our own team.
