As the Group CIO, I am responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and support of all IT technology standards, policies, methodologies, architecture, budgets, and vendor management. My leadership has resulted in notable improvements in productivity and cost reductions through the optimization of existing infrastructure and assets, as well as by leveraging technology to its maximum potential.
I have also overseen a number of key projects, including the implementation of SAP ECC to S/4 HANA 1909 for a group company, a greenfield SAP implementation for a joint venture with Rolls Royce Power Systems using S/4 HANA 1809, and the MES implementation for a new Engine/Genset plant that aligns with the Industry 4.0 roadmap. Additionally, I have been driving group-wide infrastructure consolidation initiatives by adding new assets, on-premise HANA appliances, storage, backup solutions, and more.
As part of my role, I have established an information security strategy and framework, and have overseen the planning and execution of various security projects. I have also spearheaded major transformations ex. PLM .

Force MTU Power Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a joint venture between Force Motors and Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG. The venture specializes in producing 10 and 12-cylinder Series 1600 engines, ranging from 545 hp to 1050 hp, at its manufacturing facility in Chakan, Pune. These engines are supplied globally for power generation and underfloor rail applications.
