Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / KOMATSU MAQUINARIAS MEXICO - Mexico City/Guadalajara, Mexico 05/2021 - Current Responsible for all the financial affairs of the Company, BoD (Board of Directors) participant at the commercial company, and BoD member of the financial company. In charge of Accounting, Treasury and Accounts Payable, Credit and Collections (AR), Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). • Improved financial clarity by restructuring P&L accounts and implementing branch-level reporting across operations. • Achieved over USD $600K in cost savings ($350K and $250K in 2022 and 2023 respectively) through targeted efficiency initiatives and supplier negotiations. • Strengthened controls, compliance, and audit performance by establishing unified governance across all financial functions. • Led financial integration of the Surface Mining division, aligning reporting, cash planning, and capital management.
