Analyze operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement and innovation to ensure effective utilization of company resources and overall operational performanc Formulate and implement operational strategies: formulate and implement efficient operational strategies according to company goals and market trends, ensure coordination of departments and optimal allocation of resources. Process optimization: improve company operational efficiency, reduce costs and increase production capacity by analyzing and improving business processes. Team management: lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensure efficient communication and collaboration, and cultivate professional skills and career development of team members. Performance monitoring: establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring systems, regularly evaluate and report operational performance, and adjust strategies in a timely manner to meet challenges and seize opportunities. Risk management: identify and manage operational risks to ensure that the company operates soundly on the basis of legality and compliance.

Leading the transformation of Mattel’s People & Culture function as the company evolves into an IP-driven organization. Driving a modern P&C strategy, new leadership framework, and revamped LTIP, while shaping organizational capability and culture to fuel global growth and innovation. Serve as executive lead to the Compensation Committee, aligning pay, performance, and shareholder value.
