Developed and led the corporate responsibility strategy. Built the communications and corporate affairs function, set the strategy, and led messaging and storytelling across the organization. This included recruiting and hiring an entirely new team, establishing multi-stakeholder comms strategy, developing communications routines, launching new channels, modernizing storytelling and content, upskilling team on Gen A.I. Transitioned three CEOs during my tenure. Led award-winning brand work around innovative products and brand moments that reinforced Papa John’s focus on menu innovation and cultural relevance. Made the brand visible with a new generation of customers through PR-led activations.
