CIO, reporting to CEO, member of enlarged Comex - Definition & implementation of a new 3 years strategy in support to the New Suez business ambition, as well as a new operating model (800 FTEs and 400m€/y) & governance foster teams collaboration - Acceleration of CyberRisk management with Board based on KPIs : focus on most critical assets advanced protection and industrial IT - Strong priorization of Applications projects based on pay-back and new business models growth in partnership with Business Units - Decrease of IS running costs by 60m€/y in 3 years (end of transition supply agreements to Veolia after OPA followed by productivity) thanks to infrastructure (Cloud, DWP, SD-WAN) transformation - Set-up of a new internation service catalog to support growth in lead-cost countries - Data Roadmap to empower global performance of business (Governance, Platform) led by Use cases

- Leading an international IT team of 140 people, with direct and indirect reports, overseeing Networks/Connectivity, Cloud & Data Centers, and Digital Workplace. - Responsible for a €60M IT infrastructure budget, managing strategic vendor relationships and the full technology infrastructure portfolio for SUEZ. - Accountable for the strategic roadmap, continuous modernization, and evolution of the group’s IT infrastructure and services catalogue, aligned with business priorities and innovation objectives. - Strong focus on service quality, agility, resilience, cybersecurity, and cloud transformation in a complex and multicultural environment. - Partnership with Executive Committee and business units to foster digital innovation and new infrastructure policies. - Management of large-scale projects and a diverse, international workforce, with emphasis on talent development and change management.
