Visa's organizational structure includes a range of executive leadership roles, spanning technology, marketing, finance, risk management, compliance, supply chain, and product functions. The company is led by Ryan McInerney, Chief Executive Officer, alongside Alfred F. Kelly, Jr., who holds the positions of Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Chairman. The Board of Directors includes Bill Ready. The technology organization is overseen by President, Technology Rajat Taneja, with Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer Trinath Anaparthi reporting into this function. Under Information Technology, two sub-functions exist: Data Management and Analytics and Information Security.
