Drives the development of strategy and program execution for how Visa collects, manages, analyzes, and levers data to create value for banks, merchants, governments, consumers, and communities. Leads and manages Visa's data-related activities across business strategy, data policy, data governance, product management, data science and analytics, consent management, data for purpose, and responsible data use. Provides strategic and execution oversight to Visa's day-to-day data activities as well as efforts to explore new data analytics and applications, new data technologies, consumer data empowerment, and strategic partnerships as potential sources of strategic differentiation.

• Reporting to the President of Technology, I have led teams as large as 2500 employees, contingent and contractors supporting our 44,000 employees and contractors in over 140 locations while overseeing all aspects of Visa's corporate technology infrastructure, including the selection and implementation of corporate applications, hardware, technology, vendor selection through RFPs, email systems, unified communication, collaboration technologies, help desk and support, workstations, mobile devices, networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and M&A integration. • Spearhead the development of GenAI solutions utilizing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, MCP Servers and A2A combining large language models (LLMs) with internal and external knowledge bases to enhance Visa's technology offerings for both customers and employees. • Oversee the integration of Microsoft Copilots, GitHub Copilots, and secure GPTs using platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, LLaMA, and Mistral to position Visa at the forefront of AI-driven innovation. • Provide strategic direction to a global team, assuming overall responsibility for the transformation strategy and support of corporate technology infrastructure that underpins Visa's operations and various corporate functions. Simplified processes and tools through transformational initiatives that horizontally impact teams and organizations across the company. • Partner closely with executives and senior stakeholders to deliver technology capabilities and systems support that drive enterprise efficiency across Finance, Marketing, Client Services, Sales, Human Resources, Learning, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and IT support for End User Services and Corporate Technology.
