Welspun World, led by Chairman Balkrishan Goenka, is a global conglomerate with interests spanning steel, pipes, and building materials. Under the leadership of Executive Vice Chairman Rajesh Mandawewala (also serving as Managing Director, Group), the organization's senior leadership team drives strategy across multiple business units and functions. **Executive Leadership and Business Units** Directly reporting to the Executive Vice Chairman are several key executives managing core business units. Nitin Agarwal serves as Director and CEO of the Steel Business, while Anuj Burakia holds the role of CEO for the same division. Additional senior leaders include D. K. Patil (President, Group Secretarial) and Harish Gupta (President – Special Initiatives & Group Insurance). **Finance Function** The Finance function, led by the Group CFO Rajat Kumar Singh, oversees a team of financial leaders across various divisions. The finance team includes Division CFO Sharad Agarwal, Group CFOs Anil Vora, Rakesh Sharma, Dr. Rakesh Sharma, and Manish B, as well as Bhavya Kothari, who serves as CFO and Designated Director. Within the Corporate Finance sub-function, Hardik Dhebar serves as President – Strategic Business & Finance, and Atul Trivedi is President of Group Finance & Strategy. The Taxation sub-function includes Nitin Goyal, who holds the position of President, Group Indirect Tax. **Information Technology Function** The IT function at Welspun World is led by Group CTO & Senior Vice President of IT, Anil Nimbargi. The team also includes Satish Patil, who serves as Group Chief Digital and Information Officer for Welspun Corporation. **Strategy, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations** Shailesh Apte leads the Strategy function as President and Head of M&A and Growth Strategy. Khyati Shahh serves as Chief Marketing Officer. In the Supply Chain function, Sachin Apte holds the position of Chief Procurement Officer. The Operations function is managed by a team of COOs: T. S. Kathayat (Chief Operating Officer, Pipe Business), Altaf Jiwani (COO and Whole Time Director), and Jasmeet Setia (Chief Operating Officer – Sintex). **Risk Management and Compliance** The Risk Management function is led by Dheeraj Kumar Pandey, who serves as Chief Risk Officer at Welspun GCC.
