I have enjoyed senior executive roles leading businesses and teams in Wealth Management, Business Banking, Private Banking, and Personal Banking. My career has spanned roles working with business owners and entrepreneurs. At BMO, in Personal & Business Banking, I led a team of 17,000 colleagues across Canada and was privileged to have had the opportunity to lead the Private Bank in Asia. I am known as someone who actively engages with business owners and personal clients on complex client situations. I pride myself on always focusing on the customer. A perfect day for me has a lot of variety but definitely interacting with people, my team and their clients. I get great energy leading and inspiring teams. I love setting ambitious goals and winning, particularly over the long game.
