More than 10 years of Managerial and leadership experience in operators in Grameenphone. Successful impacting projects completion like Network Manage service, Outsourcing of Passive O&M, Network Swap, Major Contract negotiation RAN & IN, Cluster Based Operating Model, & Network NPS. Current I have been working as Head of Network Service tea. Before I have been working as CPO for almost 5 years. I also worked as Program Director in Telenor India since July 2015 till October 2016. This is one of the major transformation projects in Telenor by changing the entire network to future ready, cost efficient and customer centric. This is by far the biggest and the most complicated network swap in Telenor Group! Before joining Telenor India I was heading the Regional Operations team in Grameenphone, the largest telecom operator in Bangladesh. I have worked in different capacities in Grameenphone and also been part of the overall transformation journey towards operational Excellence. I have started as an engineer in 2003 October and then worked as Operation manager, Head of 2nd Line technical teams (Radio, Power & Tx support), Lead the Operational Excellence streams, lead the Partner Management team and lastly lead the Regional Operation team of largest Mobile Operator in Bangladesh. Instrumental in driving GP’s Cost efficiency program. Good leadership skills in motivating the team to achieve and excel in individual and team performance.
