With over 22+ years of global experience, I bring a robust foundation in cybersecurity, cloud and infrastructure engineering, and resiliency leadership, with a proven ability to scale secure, resilient, and high-performing technology operations across global enterprises. My career began with a security-first approach, including hardening Unix systems, managing identity and access management (IAM) platforms, and implementing security products and controls across critical technology estates. As a key milestone, I built and led a Security Operations Center of Excellence at Citigroup, managing a team of 250+ professionals responsible for global security operations and compliance initiatives. Expanding into broader technology leadership roles at Citigroup and JPMorgan, I have driven complex programs including cloud modernization (AWS) execution, VDI transformation, and infrastructure optimization, while also leading the architecture function in an interim capacity, shaping strategic technology direction and governance. In my current role, I’ve led the firm through critical crisis events, including the COVID-19 pandemic and state-level political disruptions, ensuring uninterrupted operations and workforce resilience.
