With 30 years of executive leadership driving digital transformation and value creation across Fortune 50 corporations and startups, I bring a unique blend of strategic vision and execution excellence to the boardroom and C-suite. I'm currently CIO at Walgreens, which emerged from the take-private and breakup of Walgreens Boots Alliance where I previously served as Chief Digital Officer/CIO. Between those roles, I was Global CIO/CTO at TransUnion. That journey gave me valuable perspective across different operating models: public conglomerate, private equity transformation, and now a focused standalone enterprise. I've led billion-dollar technology organizations, scaled digital businesses to record growth, and executed strategic M&A transactions that delivered exceptional shareholder returns. My distinctive value comes from having operated at multiple altitudes: - Building and scaling enterprise technology organizations with thousands of global employees - Driving digital innovation that generated award-winning products and patented IP - Co-founding and leading technology startups from concept to market - Guiding corporate governance and strategy as a public company board director at TransUnion CIBIL and Hawaiian Airlines. In the next year or so, I'll be looking to join select boards where I can add real value. I also selectively evaluate strategic angel investments in transformative technology ventures centered on sector-specific AI, especially ML and agentic applications.
