I have over 26 years of experience in Banking & Financial Services sector. I have managed Sales and Distribution, Products, Credit Risk Management and Audit in markets such as India, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. Previously, i was with Standard Chartered Group and the last position held was as Risk Head - Consumer Banking for Southern African markets. Prior to which I have worked with Citibank NA, GIC Housing Finance Ltd & Eldeco Group. Joined DCB Bank in June’08. Since then i was responsible for Retail Assets lending, Secured Credit Cards, Payment Products, Securitisation and Collections. Additionally, i was also responsible for forging Strategic Alliances with Business partners & Fintech start-ups cutting across all verticals & products of the bank. From Apri’17 I have been appointed as Chief Credit Officer and am responsible to spearhead the credit risk management framework. My expertise in credit life cycle management helps the Bank to drive efficient credit processes and building healthy portfolio complementing good growth agenda of the bank. I am also part of various strategic & working committees of the bank.
