Adam Grabarczyk

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics at Foreign Trade Department with Bachelor of Science degree and Finance and Banking Department with Master of Science degree. Since July 2015 he holds the position of SVP, Head of Process and Business Management, CBG Digital in DBS and he is responsible for AI driven Chat Bot and Pweb. In 2012-2015 he worked in Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia as Digital Banking Head. He was responsible for digital product development and implementation, digital migration and usage, digital platforms development and maintenance (online, mobile and SMS banking) and online sales. In January 2015 he held the position of Digital Bank Head, ASEAN and was responsible for the implementation of digital bank strategy and support for Retail Clients Segment in ASEAN countries. In 1997-2012 he worked in Citibank Poland and after the merge with Bank Handlowy (March 2001) in Citi Handlowy. In last two years in Citi Handlowy he had Managing Director position in Digital Banking Department and simultaneously he was a member of the Handlowy Leasing Supervisory Board (Citi owned ABFcompany). During his work at Citi he was responsible among the others for CEMEA regional corporate payment cards. He also led Global Transactional Services product implementation department for corporate clients. In 2007-2009 he was responsible for microsegment - CitiBusiness. In 1991-1997 he worked in Polcard Co. Ltd where, among the others, he was deputy of Finance Director for Credit Card Settlement and Chargebacks division. In 1996 he developed and implemented first National Clearing System (KSR) for credit card transactions in Poland. The system is still used for settlement and data exchange between local Issuers and Acquirers operating on the payment card market in Poland and it is managed by First Data Poland.
