I am a passionate and results-driven financial leader with 18 years’ experience at Goodyear Tire & Rubber. I currently am the Finance Director of the company's global operations (manufacturing, supply chain, procurement) organization with representation on respective leadership teams directly supporting the Chief Procurement Officer and Vice President of Global Operations Finance. I act as a financial business partner in financial functions for procurement activities, FP&A, accounting, business development/planning, forecasting, and consolidation/reporting. As such, I support decision-making with data-driven analysis and insights. I have assisted leadership in improving working capital, increasing margins and retaining accounts. I have also supported loss avoidance by prioritizing capital expenditure products and discouraging investment in projects with low ROI. While at our Lawton Facility, I improved forecasting accuracy, and increased manufacturing efficiencies through zero-based budgeting, and by identifying key performance indicators and drivers. What sets me apart is that I have broad expertise within a variety of roles at a Fortune 500 manufacturing company.
