Ankur Jain

Kick starting new ventures and building teams are my core strengths. Over the last five years, I have co-founded two serious businesses and been a part of at least three other early stage businesses in various capacities. My experience has spanned two countries (United States and India), has been connected to diverse sectors (technology, healthcare, agriculture, real estate). I am especially attracted to the overlap between international development and private enterprise in emerging markets. Most recently, I have embarked upon alcoholic beverages distribution. it is admittedly a lot of fun - there is something about sampling gourmet beers in small town Europe at 10:00 am and calling it work that is hard to beat - and I have successfully managed to remove the guilt from going to expensive bars and restaurants much too often! Specialties: Team building, capital and resource alignment, corporate finance, legal stuff, versatility (jack of all!)
