Ajay Vij

Ajay Vij is the Senior Country Managing Director at Accenture in India. He chairs the India Executive Council, sponsors the Inclusion & Diversity agenda for India, and is a member of Accenture’s Global Operations Council. Additionally, he serves on the India Executive Council of NASSCOM and the India National Executive Board of AMCHAM. Ajay is responsible for leading and driving key company priorities—including talent-led growth, client value creation, boundaryless career journeys, sustainability and fostering a culture of trust and belonging. With a multi-industry experience, he joined Accenture in 2006 and has since held several senior roles that have helped shape Accenture India’s story as a thriving nerve center for innovation, unmatched talent, and growth. Ajay firmly believes in the power of the collective and rallies everyone toward shared success.
