As an accomplished C-level Business & Finance Leader backed by award-winning CFO credentials, I bring over 10+ years of expertise in C-level roles including Chief Financial Officer, Chief of Legal & Regulatory functions, Chief Risk Officer & Chief Commercial Officer. I possess extensive Finance, financial engineering and Corporate Strategy experience at the leadership level and have overseen Legal, Regulatory, HR issues, Risk as well as one of the fastest SAP ERP implementations. In addition, I have also led corporate turnarounds & change management with various employers. I have demonstrated strong experience in handling VUCA environments, raised over 6000Cr+ worth of funding over years for TPDDL and similarly for other employers and as legal head achieved an unenviable success rate of 99%+ despite a large number of litigations. My effort has been recognized multiple times. I received the Fore Finance Leadership Award in 2018 and the CFO Roll of Honor - consecutively four times in March ’11, ’12, ’13, ’14 and & CFO 100 League of Excellence by CFO India in ’15 and SAP Top 25 Thought Leaders in 2015. In 2021 I was recognised by Society of Indian Law Firms (SILF) for contribution to Corporate Law as an In-house Counsel for Tata Power Company Limited. In 2022, 2023 and 2024 I was awarded by IBLJ with In-house counsel awards. Forbes India recognised me in 2024 as a leading GC and so did Business World. I bring an exceptional set of Indian & international leadership qualifications- Chartered Accountant (CA), a degree in law (LLB) and an MBA plus Executive Management Program from Columbia Business School, New York – 2016 (Alumni of Columbia Business School). In addition, I completed the Executive Education Program from NYU - Stern School of Business, New York 2010 In 2015, I was selected for the elite and prestigious Tata Group Strategic Leadership Seminar (Apex level program for CXO’s) conducted by Harvard Business School faculty.
