Executive Overview
Since 2017, I’ve served as the CEO of Thales North America, leading our 6,000 employees across the region in engineering innovative technology solutions for a future we can all trust. Our global capabilities across Digital Identity, Aerospace, Space, Transport, and Defense support our customers’ most challenging missions at a time of rapid transformation in the United States and Canada. My 25+ years of experience both at Thales and at other leading companies across the technology industry has shaped my approach to innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as smart growth and acquisition strategies. I joined Thales in 2007 to lead the company’s In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) and connectivity business. In the role, I drove the revitalization of Thales’s IFE portfolio and led strategic initiatives to position the business for sustained market leadership. Assuming the role of CEO of Thales USA in 2013, I supported the acquisition of several U.S.-based companies which have reshaped Thales’ technology profile across big data, connectivity and cybersecurity. Prior to Thales, I served in senior executive roles at Rockwell Collins, Panasonic, and Hughes Electronics, in addition to leading two entrepreneurial ventures in aviation communications. As North America CEO, it is my mission to continue to drive Thales’ leadership and strategic growth across the markets we serve — leading our people, customers and partners with a vision that’s focused sharply on the future.
