Alejandro Beltran

In my 25+ years at McKinsey I have led our the Global Private Equity & Principal Investors Practice, been the Chairman and Managing Partner of McKinsey Iberia. I have also been a member of the Firm’s Board of Directors, global Co-leader of McKinsey Capital, and the Global Chief Talent and People Officer. Since joining the Firm, I have worked for several leading international companies, mainly in the areas of corporate finance and strategy, and in the banking, retail and infrastructure industries. I have also participated in some transformations in the public sector. Before starting my career at McKinsey, I worked in the construction and real-estate industry. I am a board member for several non-profit foundations and former president of the Alumni Association of IESE Business School - University of Navarra.
