I’m Alex Housten, Chief Operating Officer at Rheem Manufacturing Company. At Rheem, we contribute to our customers, partners, and planet by creating high performance solutions for the air and water in homes and buildings around the world so people can live comfortably and work productively. Leading teams to innovate, delight customers, and achieve continuously better performance is my professional passion. I am grateful for more than 20 years working in the building systems industry, beginning in manufacturing engineering, materials, purchasing, and quality, then progressing through executive roles across operations, sales, product, field service, and full P&L management. I choose to spend my time in plants, design centers, and on job sites where our work is done, and with my colleagues and the customers who trust us with their business. These professional responsibilities have provided the opportunity to cooperate with people across backgrounds and disciplines in places all over the world, where I enjoy activating, connecting, and accelerating teams to drive and sustain progress together.
