Amanda is a strategic and results-oriented leader who specialises in strategic design, transformation management, sales and operational excellence. She has been supporting excellence and innovation in the financial services industry for over 20 years and is known for seeking out and delivering on opportunities to build simpler, better ways of doing things. She has demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams 220+, delivering change with budgets $40m via waterfall and agile methodologies and navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
