Amanda Sourry

Amanda Sourry is a public and private company board member. She has significant leadership and global CPG experience having worked for Unilever for over 30 years and was a member of the Unilever Leadership Executive from 2015 to 2019. Most recently she was President of Unilever North America. Prior to this, she led Unilever Global Foods. Amanda has a track record of driving profitable growth across scale operating companies and global categories in both developed and emerging markets. She is a leader in sustainability, digital and ecommerce initiatives and has re-structuring and M&A experience. Amanda has served on public company boards since 2016. At PVH Corp., a leading global apparel and retail company, she chairs the Compensation Committee. She has served on The Kroger Co. Board since 2021 and is Chair of the Compensation and Talent Committee and a member of the Finance Committee. Amanda is a Non-Executive Director of SGX listed Olam Group Limited and the Non-Executive Chair of ofi (Olam Food Ingredients).Amanda is a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach at Boston Consulting Group.She is a University of Cambridge alumna.
