Having experience in General Insurance Industry with focus on business development of Corporate business and Risk Management. He is responsible for spearheading the commercial business for the company. He keenly worked and helped company carve out its own niche presence in commercial business. He has a proven track record of building high performing team,fostering a collaborative work environment and nurturing talent to maximise individual and collective potential. He is a Mechanical Engineer by education from Govt Engineering College, Ujjain and started working at shop floor in an industrial manufacturing company.Later , he joined New India Assurance Co. Ltd and worked for 11 years in various roles viz. risk engineering, underwriting claims management. He joined Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. in 2002 and managed various roles including leading corporate business group, heading large risks, managing geography and currently he is responsible for managing underwriting, claims and reinsurance. With rich experience of over 3 decades in the GI business he is known for his understanding of complex risks , penchant for customer service and passion for P&L management.
