Have been with the Private Life Insurance industry since inception. Experience in handling large teams across 500+ branches for Customer Service & Operations Pan India as well as centrally. Have driven overall Customer Service delivery, Persistency strategy, Retention and Renewal collection for the organisation. Effectively managed Inter Audit, Operational risk management, InfoSec and BCM. Currently, as Chief Operations Officer, heading Customer Service and Operations, responsible for overall service delivery across Underwriting, New Business, Claims, Group operations, Contact centre, Branches Pan India and Shared Services including all Payments, HR operations, Tax operations, Distribution operations, Expense processing.Have recently taken over charge for Sales and Distribution, Marketing and Ecommerce as Chief Distribution Officer. Responsible for delivering risk calibrated, long term, sustainable and profitable business growth for the Company across multiple channels through a customer centric product suite. The role requires maintaining a fine balance of strategy, sales management, operations and compliance. Accountable for designing, managing and optimising Company's distribution strategy across channels like Agency, Bancassurance, Propriety, Brokers, Corporate agency, direct online, Credit life, Formal group and other alternative channels to achieve revenue, profitability and market share targets while strictly adhering to regulatory requirements.
