I am currently serving as Director Strategy and Chief Financial Officer of JK Fenner (India) Ltd. Besides, Fenner I am also responsible for few other businesses of the group. my career spans about 3 decades with large Indian business groups across wide range of industries. In my current role, I take care of Strategy Formulation and New initiatives, Evaluation of New Business opportunities, Diversification, New Ventures, M&A, Joint Ventures, Capital allocation Operational efficiency and profitability improvement programme, Business Partnership, Digital Transformation initiatives, Negotiation, Corporate Governance, Fund raising, Investment and Treasury management, Finance & Accounts, Legal and Secretarial and so on. I have successfully contributed to the turnaround of a SBU and implemented EBIDTA improvement programme in the company leading to meaningful margin expansions. I am quite passionate with an impeccable track record of challenging status quo and taking new initiatives. I have the track record of arranging low-cost/highly competitive financing for both working capital and Term debts. Have been viewed as effective Negotiator, having successfully led and closed numerous strategic/business deals with external partners. Delivering extremely positive outcomes. I have the extensive experience of getting large projects appraised from Financial institutions in both Delhi and Mumbai, managing Working Capital Financing, Trade Finance, Forex & Treasury, IPO & Capital Market. I have also handled Merger & Demerger, Divestment transactions of both listed and unlisted companies, Acquisition of business both in India and abroad. I have the experience of handling Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Overseas Investment (ODI), Corporate restructuring, setting up and relocation of international subsidiaries in multiple countries, Tax related matters including Transfer Pricing, Accounts and Annual report finalisation, Internal, control and internal Audit. Risk Management, Budgetary controls, MIS, Costing& Pricing, Cost reduction programme, Commercial matters, Negotiations, Corporate Governance, SEBI, Company Law & Secretarial Matters and so on.
