Currently managing IB COO that comprises of Markets and Wholesale Lending Technology and Operations. Always focused on global functional responsibilities. Currently managing multiple technology portfolios as global head of technology. Anand is also the global head of reconciliation service that covers reconciliations for all the Lines of Businesses. Passionate about Industry-Academia partnership focused towards upskilling and making students industry relevant. Anand is Executive sponsor for Early Careers program for Barclays India. He is working with various institutes as well as industry bodies such as NASSCOM Future Skills council in an attempt to provide robust and evolving framework that enables industry ready students. This is an important need of the our considering fast paced technology evolution. The job essentials are changing not only for engineering graduates but also for jobs in operations and back-office space. Anand is partnering with Skills Universities to establish graduate hiring at scale for non-technical jobs.
