As COO of Capillary Technologies, I've helped driving the company's growth and success over the past 13 years and it has been an immensely fulfilling experience. After completing engineering from IIT Kharagpur, I gained valuable industry experience working at Procter & Gamble. We then co-founded Capillary Technologies and we're on a journey to become the best loyalty company in the world. It's been a journey full of ups, and downs and a lot of learnings. Today, I can proudly say that we've achieved something truly valuable in the kind of team and culture we've built at Capillary. With the ongoing acquisitions in the US, the family is expanding and Capillary is becoming a truly global SaaS company. Enjoying every moment of the ride!
