As president of Target in India (TII), I lead a multi-disciplinary team of more than 5,500 team members delivering tech, data and core business capabilities help accelerate Target’s growth. My focus is on scaling TII as a world-class global capability center (GCC) and advancing strategic initiatives that enable transformative retail solutions for the enterprise. With a background in human resources, my leadership approach is deeply shaped by a belief that strong culture and team and strong performance go hand in hand. I prioritize building inclusive, high-performing teams and unbeatable workplace culture, with an ambition to position TII as an employer of choice across the GCC and retail ecosystem. I am passionate about the role India and GCCs play in shaping the future of global business. I actively engage with industry forums, partners, and stakeholders to help advance this agenda and strengthen India’s position as a strategic innovation and capability hub.
