I enjoy seeing patterns others miss, aligning organizations around a common direction, and building the systems, teams, and culture that make transformation possible. Today, as EVP & COO, Technology at Salesforce, I lead strategy and operations for our global technology organization. My responsibilities span engineering operations, enterprise AI transformation, organizational effectiveness, innovation, culture, and workforce enablement. Together with exceptional leaders and teams, we're shaping how one of the world's largest technology organizations evolves to meet the opportunities of AI and the future of work. Over more than 26 years at Salesforce, I've had the opportunity to lead across engineering, customer success, communications, enablement, and operations. Those experiences have reinforced a belief that has shaped my leadership: the most successful transformations happen when technology, business strategy, and people evolve together. I'm equally passionate about the human side of leadership. I'm known for developing leaders, building high-performing teams, championing equality, and creating environments where people can do their best work. I believe organizations achieve extraordinary results when people feel trusted, challenged, and connected to a shared purpose. Beyond Salesforce, I serve on nonprofit advisory boards focused on education, equity, and technology for social impact, and I was a founding leader of Salesforce's Women in Technology employee network. I'm energized by conversations about enterprise AI, technology strategy, organizational transformation, leadership, governance, and the future of work.
