I’m a Partner at McKinsey and Company and CEO of Risk Dynamics, supporting organizations with risk analytics, AI trust, digital and model risk management. I advise global banking CEOs and CROs in Europe, US, and Asia on strategies to manage and mitigate risk that help increase revenues and profitability, reduce costs and manage risk and financial crime. I focus on model risk management, innovation in risk analytics and digital and AI trust. My areas of expertise include regulatory and non-regulatory model development, machine learning methodology, validation and model risk management, compliance and anti-financial-crime, data management, stress testing and capital management. I am passionate about transforming organizations with risk analytics and managing the risks associated with digital technology. I help financial institutions and corporates on the development and validation of risk models, digitization and automation of customer journeys, design and execution of regulatory compliance programs, and setup and strategy for advanced analytics and big data organizations. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and sailing.
