Andrew Kupiec

Mr. Kupiec leads a global executive team that oversees the performance of CBRE’s largest occupier clients across the company’s four business segments. Its areas of focus include strategic account management, solutioning and sales, consulting services and portfolio services/lease administration. Prior to this, Mr. Kupiec held positions of Chief Operating Officer for CBRE’s $10B+ Advisory Services business and Group President consisting of multiple lines of business: Capital Markets, Advisory & Transactions (Brokerage), Property Management, and Valuations, consulting and solutions. In these roles, he drove strategic operational excellence, including the company’s Broker Operating Platform, Sales Management, and the integration of data and technology into the Advisory business. As Group President he was responsible for Global Integrated Solutions including Consulting, Sustainability, Advisory Solutions and GWS Enterprise Solutions. Mr. Kupiec previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Hana, CBRE’s flexible-space solutions offering, which was transferred to Industrious as part of CBRE’s equity investment in that firm in 2021. Since then, Mr. Kupiec has helped lead the merger and the implementation of a global strategic commercial partnership between CBRE and Industrious. Mr. Kupiec joined CBRE in 2017 as Global President, CBRE 360 (now CBRE Host), after serving as North America Vice President, Chief Operating Officer for Zipcar, the world’s largest car sharing and urban mobility company. At Zipcar Mr. Kupiec developed and scaled a leading-edge digitally based capability within a large, traditional Fortune 500 company, and added executive operational responsibility for the Avis and Budget urban rental footprint, leading a multi-brand $2 billion annual line of business. Earlier in his career, he held several leadership positions at Clearwire and Cintas. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh and is completing his Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Cabrini University.
