Previously, as a Group Executive and CEO of the Americas for a FTSE-listed engineering and construction firm, I lead 18,000+ employees across 13 countries, delivering consistent revenue growth and operational efficiencies in highly competitive markets. My global experience spans North America, Latin America, Asia-Pacific and beyond, with a proven track record of scaling businesses and navigating complex challenges.
