Anil G. Verma

Anil G. Verma is the Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer of Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. He oversees the company’s operations in India and abroad which includes 12,000+ employees and 30+ establishments. In his over four decades long tenure at Godrej, Anil has worked in diverse functions including Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Human Resources and also as a Business Head. Passionate about being a responsible corporate and building sustainable ecosystems, Anil has speaheaded many a first within Godrej and the larger manufacturing industry.Under Anil's leadership, Godrej & Boyce has received a plethora of recognitions over the years, including the NASEOH Award as well as the Hellen Keller Award for the ‘Best Employer’ for the differently abled. Furthermore, five of the G&B Businesses have been awarded the CII Exim Bank Excellence Award which makes them role model organizations.Anil also serves as the Chairman on the Board of Directors of Godrej Infotech Limited and as a Director on the Boards of Godrej Enterprises Ltd and Godrej Intra logistics Limited . He serves as the Chair of the CII National TaskForce on Industrial Safety, is on the Board of Governors of the National Safety council of India, on the management committee of the Employer Federation of India and the Advisory Board of the CII Institute of Quality and Manufacturing Today.
