I'm an Executive Director of IT at CVS Health, leading an organization of 100+ engineers responsible for the platforms and applications that power CVS's Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) business — systems that touch millions of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial members every day. Over 20+ years in enterprise technology leadership, I've built a track record of turning vendor-dependent organizations into strong, accountable in-house engineering teams, and of delivering regulatory-critical programs on tight timelines without compromising reliability. Recent highlights include leading CVS's enterprise response to the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan (M3P), recognized with CVS Health's 2025 CEO Award and leading a multi-team initiative to consolidate Aetna and CVS Medicare Coverage Determination operations for $10M+ in annual savings. Today I'm focused on the next chapter of modernization: leading development of an AI-based platform that applies large-scale analytics to transaction data to detect anomalies at fine granularity, and the cloud migration of a mission-critical, high-volume transaction routing system while continuing to develop the next generation of engineering leaders through CVS's Leadership Circle mentorship program. Core strengths: AI/automation strategy, enterprise application modernization, cloud migration, vendor and offshore team management, P&L and budget ownership, and Medicare regulatory & compliance systems (HIPAA, NCPDP, FHIR, ePA).
