Ann Tracy

Passionate about driving enterprise-wide strategy and transformation to build a healthier future for all people, their pets and our planet! ANN TRACY participates on Colgate-Palmolive's Sr. Executive Leadership Team with over 30 years of global experience, having lived and worked in Asia, Europe, Africa-Middle East and the UK. She has extensive operational and P&L-facing expertise, including leading end-to-end supply chains for three major divisions (Europe, Africa-Middle East, and Hill's Pet Nutrition), accountable for the COGS of Division P&Ls with revenues exceeding $2 billion, and leading our Funding the Growth program to target savings of 3% to net sales. Ann brings significant successsion planning, global risk management and governance experience from her current roles and prior board roles, including serving as Chair of the UN Global Compact Network USA and as a member of the Audit and Governance committees for the public company FLOW Hydration.
