With more than 20 years in procurement across France, Türkiye and Japan, I have led transformations within Engineering and Manufacturing with a focus on cost optimisation, supply continuity and collaborative innovation. I believe procurement should be a lever of performance, built on close collaboration with our supplier ecosystem, the ability to attract top innovators, and the right conditions for sustainable growth. I now serve as Chief Procurement Officer and member of the Leadership Team at Renault Group, leading the procurement transformation to strengthen competitiveness and deepen long-term supplier partnerships.
