I’m looking to bring real value where football needs fresh thinking. Why I’m different I’ve worked both sides, technical and tactical. I’ve delivered under pressure, driven digital change across government systems and led teams across continents. Now I want to help clubs think differently at board level. The game doesn’t need more voices. It needs better decisions. That’s where I come in. Examples of my work Built a live national vehicle movement tracking system for Inland Border Force. Replaced handwritten logs with real-time dashboards that cut delays from over three hours to under 45 minutes. The data was used by ministers and frontline teams across the UK. Led the turnaround of a struggling Women's Premier League team. Took over mid-season when morale was low and results were worse. Steadied the squad, rebuilt confidence and ended the season unbeaten in our final eight matches. Managed a men’s team in Ghana’s Premier League. Stepped into a new culture, adapted quickly and earned the trust of players and the local community. Delivered consistent results despite limited resources and brought structure to how the club prepared and competed.
