Antonella Franzen

After a significant transformation to a multi-industrial company, Antonella now leads Investor Relations and Global Communications for the new Johnson Controls after leading Tyco’s Investor Relations efforts for over eight years. Antonella is responsible for communicating the Company’s strategy, financial results and outlook to the investment community as well as all Company internal and external communications. Antonella played a key role in the JCI/Tyco merger in addition to Tyco’s 2012 successful three way separation, whereby ADT was spun-off to shareholders in a tax free transaction, Flow Control was sold to Pentair in a Reverse Morris Trust transaction and the remaining fire and security businesses created the “new” Tyco. Antonella has been recognized as a leader within the investor relations community with numerous accolades, including being recognized by Institutional Investor as “Best IR Professional” for the Electrical Equipment and Multi-Industrial Sector multiple times. Additionally, prior to t he merger with Johnson Controls Antonella was responsible for internal management reporting and corporate finance including monthly forecasts, preparation of Board materials and ad-hoc requests by executive management. In addition, she led all financial aspects of the annual strategic planning process.
