Antonio Liotti

I am a Senior HR Leader with twenty years of experience in Aerospace & Defense Industry and full expertise in all Human Resources areas. Twenty years spent in a Big Company, called Leonardo, that allowed me to tackle this long journey without ever getting bored: changing so many roles, responsibilities, Companies, Divisions and places. Leonardo has always filled my backpack with knowledge and experiences, by strengthening my leadership up to the lead of my Professional Family. My challenge is to keep improving myself, making Leonardo a better place to work and, through my work, my Country a better place to live in. For the last four years I have also been doing it in order to be a role model and an inspiration for a child who forces me to look at the world from a different perspective every day.
