As Chief Executive Officer at Stellantis, I am proud to lead our fantastic global teams. Originally from Naples, Italy, my career began at the Fiat Group in 1999, and has led me from Europe to Argentina, Brazil, and the U.S. With over two decades of global experience, I’ve held key leadership roles at the core of our business, including COO of Stellantis Americas and American Brands, COO for Stellantis South America, and CEO of the Jeep® brand, where I focused on operational excellence and market expansion. I’ve been fortunate to work with incredible colleagues, developing expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, and strategic operations, equipping me with hands-on knowledge of the business channels directly shaping the future of our industry. At Stellantis, I am committed to building on our shared success and raising our standards for product quality and customer satisfaction while harnessing new opportunities for growth and transformation.
